Why see a Therapist?

Life can feel turbulent at times. We all experience stress, adversity, change, loss and grief. Feelings of overwhelm can be difficult to manage on your own and that can be a sign therapy is a good option for you.

Some people come to therapy to understand their relationship with others, the world and themselves. Others attend therapy because they are experiencing emotional turmoil, relationship breakdown, trauma, burnout and mental health challenges.

A huge weight can be lifted by just talking about it with someone. Together in therapy, you can move towards resolution and access support to manage life’s stressors. Therapy can support you while you are caring for someone who is struggling, or you have a complicated relationship dynamic. This may be a loved one, friend, partner, or parent.
